Getting started with COX
COX puts you in control of what your NFC bracelet opens. Tap it with a phone and it opens whatever you choose — a digital card, a link, or a live experience. Here's how to set it up.
Set it up in 6 steps

Create or log in to your account
Sign up for a free COX account, or log in if you already have one.

Claim your bracelet
Log in, then open the “Your bracelets” section and choose “Claim bracelet”. Tap your bracelet again with your phone — the claim step opens with the bracelet code carried from the tapped page, so you usually don't type anything. If the code isn't filled in automatically, you'll find it at the top-right of the experience page.

Create your cards
Make a card to show when your bracelet is tapped: a personal card (your photo, socials, and contacts) or a business card (company, role, and links). You can also point it at any link, or a live experience page.

Publish your card
Open your card and publish it. A card must be published before your bracelet can open it.

Point your bracelet to a destination
In your account, point your bracelet at the card or link you want. That becomes its destination when someone taps it.

Change it anytime
Come back whenever you like and point your bracelet somewhere new — a different card, a link, or the default experience.
Tips & FAQ
What happens when someone taps my bracelet?
Their phone opens the destination you chose — your card, your link, or a live experience. No app needed.
Can I change the destination later?
Yes. You control it from your account and can change it as often as you like.
What's the difference between a personal card and a business card?
A personal card shows you — photo, socials, and contacts. A business card shows your company, role, and work links. You can have both.
What if I can't claim my bracelet?
Make sure you're logged in, then tap the bracelet again and choose “Claim bracelet”. If it still won't claim, use the “Need help?” option when claiming and we'll sort it out.
Do I need NFC, or can I use QR?
Most modern phones tap over NFC with no app. Where NFC isn't available, a QR code can open the same destination.
Can one bracelet do different things over time?
Yes — one bracelet, many uses. Point it at a card today and something else tomorrow. Access, events, and travel experiences are part of the COX platform too.
