Terms of Service
The terms you agree to when you use COX TPX. Last updated 7 August 2026.
Using COX TPX
COX TPX is an NFC wearable platform operated by Theprodx. By creating an account, claiming a wristband, or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live to hold an account.
Children and family use
COX TPX accounts are held by adults. Where a wristband is used for a child, family, school, club, or event experience, it should be set up and managed by a parent, guardian, organizer, or other responsible adult, who remains responsible for what it shows.
If you are running an experience that involves children, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions you need from parents or guardians before displaying any information about them.
Your content
You own what you put on your cards. You are responsible for it, and for having the right to use it — including photos, logos, and links. By publishing a card you make it accessible to anyone who opens its link or taps your wristband.
You give us permission to host and display your content for the purpose of running the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Your wristband
A COX TPX wristband opens the destination you choose — one of your cards, a link, or its Experience Page. You can change that destination at any time from your account, and you are responsible for where you point it.
Wristbands rely on NFC support in the device tapping them, and on an internet connection. A QR code is available where NFC is not.
Acceptable use
Do not use COX TPX to impersonate someone else, to point a wristband at unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the service or attempt to gain access you have not been given. We may suspend accounts or deactivate wristbands used this way.
Pro and custom services
COX TPX Pro services — including event, tourism, hospitality, partner, and group programmes, and custom or branded wristbands — are arranged separately. Scope, pricing, and delivery are confirmed with us directly before anything begins, and those arrangements govern that work alongside these terms.
Availability
We work to keep COX TPX available and running well, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause, or withdraw parts of the service, and we will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or data, or for content you or others publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using COX TPX and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
